It's good to see all the closet Formosa lovers out in the open. Zeehags almost getting lost in the crowd!

William Garden really knew how to capture the romance of sailing for the ordinary man.... ok women too

Perry (and Hood?) did a pretty good job with the CT54 too.

Now THIS is a good looking back side!
It also just happens to be moored in the inner harbor at Gustavia, one of my very favorite places in the world!

ahh yessss...but I just found some rot I have to dig out... It will be done, you know why? Cause I am the Idorakeeper....I will put on the rot opera, I mean, the Pot opera uhhh Tommy and get my butt in gear...a great transom is made of wood and is rot free...ect ect. Arrrggh, rot in the transom, hmmmmmm fix you my precious.

Much to do this winter to make a round VanIsle next year......HARRRRRR!!!

It truly is a wonderful thing to know when you are rowing toward your boat that she is the most beautiful thing in the mooring field. It wasn't always in every mooring field but in many mine was the prettiest girl at the dance. A Garden designed old wood Mariner 35 with wood masts and polished brass dorade vents and dark green trim. Its the one I have a photo of in my profile.
