Boat Swap - Summer of 2016 - Croatia

We are Jeanine and Mike Serrino, who live in Knoxville Tennessee (USA) and are avid boaters. Spending our summers on Norris Lake we enjoy our houseboat and 30 year old classic Cobalt runabout (well maintained for its age), hanging out in various coves with our friends or cruising the over 800 miles of shore line.

We would offer to swap time on our houseboat and runabout for time on your boat so we may explore Croatia and the Adriatic the summer of 2016. We would also consider a swap of our house, also in Knoxville, for your boat in Croatia.

Both Mike and I have been around boats most of our lives and Mike in particular is excellent at handling both large and small boats and maintaining them, while I make a great First Mate. We’ve chartered a Bavaria 38 monohull and a Lagoon 44 catamaran, sailing the Greek Isles and BVI respectively.

Our boat is an 86 ft. Sharpe with a master state room, a second bedroom which is en suite and a lower cuddy, fly bridge and rooftop bar. It has dual Mercruiser Bravo II's, a 20 kW Westerbeke generator and a 2,800 watt pure sine Inverter, and all standard home appliances including full size washer and dryer. Our boat is meticulous maintained and we would treat your boat with the same care.

Knoxville is a great College town with shopping and restaurants, but it’s also centrally located with tons of stuff to do within 1-3 hours.
