I'm not sure it's that simple. The cruiser wasn't just the customer, but also the production worker. It was WE who put our sweat equity into writing reviews, on our own time and with no pay. I never even got the hat I was promised.

The app is not even really the same thing any more. It is now simply the interface to Garmin chartplotters. And not a very good one, at that. All you can do is remotely see (and in some cases manipulate) the screen. You can't show anything on the app that isn't displayed on the screen. You can't, for example, receive NMEA data to display depth, speed, RPMs, wind direction, course, heading, etc. etc.

I share the hope that Garmin will somehow change, and invest in restoring and improving AC functionality. I'm not holding my breath.
