Anyone used one of these collapsible "washing machine" bags???

I've seen small portable cheap machines before but this could be stored in the smallest of spots.

Im rather skeptical that it will live up to the price tag.
First, its just a dry bag with dots to help scrub.
A decent dry bag with out scubbing spots is far cheaper. A small scrub board is only about 6 bucks.
So I just wonder if the actual value is there when compared to other alternatives.
But I havent tried it so these are just the ramblings of a mad woman.

Looks very yuppie to me.

It's very small, and real ocean cruisers with crew can generate lots of things that need to be washed.

We do our laundry in a five gallon Home Depot style bucket. We wash all the clothes by hand in the bucket, then dump out the soapy water, and rinse all the clothes with fresh water in the same bucket. That takes care of the clothes for a crew of four on wash day. It doesn't require that much water to wash lots of clothes with our bucket method.

Of course if you wear only bikinis and swimming suits all the time, then the little yuppie dry bag device will do the job. You could get lots of bikinis in the dry bag "washing machine" without any problem.

Looks pretty good. Good idea. A bucket works fine, but takes up room on a small boat. One seems to need a bucket anyway though...

Basically a $8 dry bag for $50. I have buckets on the boat for this job. I read a suggestion the other day on a thread here...Use a rectangular bucket and use your foot as an agitator. A rectangular bucket stows better than a round one and takes up little real estate if you pile other things in it to store.

We use these collapsible buckets on river trips to do dishes to avoid having to bring a dish buckets. There are smaller ones as well. We have been happy with them.
