Hmmm... We used ORM from 2001-2003, but then they let our policy lapse without telling us (& blamed us). The policy was "good" in that named storm damage was just 2x the deductible, but their handling of Cruisers & our special needs was abysmal & we had no end of trouble with them. Brokers have little to do except push paper around, so we were not impressed that they lost our paperwork.

The problem with ORM is no so much the policy as it is ORM. We and several others we know have had horrible experiences with them and have posted about it here on previous threads. Chuck
