Yes bow fenders can be got or another common thing to see is a large ball fender snugly fitted below the anchor. However, if you think you need it, you're too close!

With Med mooring, fenders are only really needed for the sides, your bow (or stern) shouldn't ever touch the quay. Good to have one for piece of mind however, you can never be over protected.
