1994 European Moody 44 Center-cockpit Bill Dixon design built in UK to LLOYD'S Standards. True Blue Water sailboat with partial skeg-hung rudder for protection and strength in grounding and Bahama friendly shoal draft 4'11" keel.

Northeast USA boat - very light use. Stored every year on land OCT-MAY

Rare Owners version with large aft stateroom with queen and adjoining cabinetry in walk thru on port. Aft head with shower on starboard. Large Main salon upholstered in beautiful Ultrasuede and hand crafted teak cabinetry. Large folding teak U-Shaped table on port side and dual lounge chairs to starboard. Galley and salon has generous storage throughout. Galley with oven, 3 burner propane stove, fridge/freezer and extra cooler locker. Vberth forward cabin with adjoining port head with separate shower. I'm not seeing the build date for the vessel in your post. Only refit dates for individual items. What year is it?

My wife and I looked at a late '90s Moody 46 a couple years ago. Really great boats. I very much liked the interior layout and build quality. Good luck with your sale!

Thanks for the heads up - just updated the listing with the year ... 1994.

I looked for this one for a long time. Purchased it from the 2nd owner in 2011 with only 500 hours and little use. Unfortunately, the admiral can't do the steps to go below any more so I'm selling.
