Exceptional boat in exceptional condition.
She was made in England in 1985 and shipped to Lake Huron.
She was then Dry Docked (Inside) for apx 10 years as her then owner was posted abroad. Thereafter she was in fresh water for the next 10, and dry docked and winterised (inside) each winter.
She is a wonderful boat. Apx 500 hours on the Land Rover Diesel, she has new radar, GPS, Raymarine E Series,B+G Instruments, Dual Auto Pilot (Deck and Cabin), and much more.
Serviced and well looked after she has a whole host of spares including sails etc. (The first owner was a prudent engineer and insisted on buying double or triplicate of engine parts etc., most of which have not been used.)
She has a Dinghy Davitt, Bimini, Dodger,etc. Good Teak decks in great condition. This is a boat for the serious sailor. A Racer/Cruiser on a par with a Swan or Oyster and recognised by Lloyds of London - very very rare these days.

Moody makes nice boats.

A friendly suggestion: hire a photographer to take better photos of the boat, especially the interior spaces.
