Want To Buy: Looking for a Sailing Catamaran 44-48' in 2024!!

Hello All!

My wife and I are looking to buy a sailing catamaran 44-48' in 2024.
Year is not as important but thinking 2010-1015, but it is more about how well the boat has been maintained and ready to cruise.
Prefer buying from a cruiser directly that has taken very good care and maintenance of their boat. We would like it as ready to cruise as possible.
Locations preferred: Florida, east coast & the Caribbean.
Please let us know if you or someone you know is interested in selling in 2024!
