PRICE AND SALE CONDITIONS:
There are some ways of selling FRANKA:
I can sell her NETTO if buyer has EU VAT valid number (must presented in VIES EU system) so I issue invoice and buyers take over her.
I can sell her with NETTO price for export out of EU and buyer must take her out of EU.
Or I can sell her with civil contract between me and my wife and new buyer with VAT included – this option needs on month more to make registration from company to private person.
Asking netto price is : 218 000 EUR ( case 1&2).
Asking price with civil sales contract (EU VAT included): 229 000 EUR.
Leasing contract finishes in April 2023 and than she is free to go.
