1974 41' Formosa ketch. Documented "GYPSY"
*Multi year refit which took it to a bare hull and rebuilt. Slight reconfig. from original, mainly in galley area, made larger. All work done with epoxy.
*New coach roof and sides.
*teak decks removed and Kiwi Grip surface, all decks recored.
*Rear lazzerette redone to house 12V dc gen set/watermaker drive unit in center compartment, propane locker (2 - 20# bottles) and a misc storage locker.
*Watermaker requires only 3 hoses to complete install.
*Electrical - All new panels 12V and 110V. All new wiring using marine grade wire.
*120Amp alt on engine with new serpentine drive.
*100Amp alt on gen set. Both use Heart multi stage regulators.
*6 - 6V golf cart batteries (660 amp hours total)
*New xantrex HF 1800 inverter/charger (40 amp)
*Nav equip - Si-tex ec7fe chart plotter with inland lakes& rivers chip and East coast & bahamas chip. Si-tex MDS8 radar and Si-tex sp-80 autopilot. (autopilot handled boat excellent in storm conditions)
*Blakes Lavac head with 40 gal holding tank.
*Johnson shower sump. Anchor locker drains to shower sump.
*Ground tackle - 45 # CQR with 200' - 3/8 chain and 100' 5/8" 8 plait rode with ss anchor swivel. 3 Danforth style anchors, middle size with 20' chain and 100' 3 strand rode.
*RC Plath 9A windlass w/remote control.
*New bow sprit (fiberglass wrapped) looks like original.
*Galley - tons of storage. 3 burner with oven gimbaled range. Larger frig with Norcold colling unit (8" insulation). Small freezer with separate Norcold unit (8" insul also.
*Misc - All new cushion and upholstery - beautiful interior with painted bulkheads (all new) original teak doors and drawers and Ash strip overhead and side walls.
*Sirius xm radio,
*Northstar NS100 VHF
*19" LED 12V/120V TV with digital antenna.
*New prop shaft and cutless bearing.
*Perkins 4-108 with 300 hours on Major OH.
*New 1500 gph fully auto bilge pump.
*Dual Racor 500 filters,
*New Luthers 85 gal fuel tank.
*New chain plates - 3/8" mounted externally
*Aluminum spars
*New Bimini and Dodger
*Victron battery monitor
*Propane control system
*EPIRB
*All led lighting - inside and outside
*Custom swim platform

*10' Caribe RIB w/6 hp Merc
*Custom Davits
*New paint (2013)
* 100 jib on roller furling (good condition)

*Need mainsail and mizzen sail (old sails shredded during storm)

Put in water on KY lake Nov 2013 and used 1/2 time until now. Currently in Tampa/ St Pete area.

Offered on here at $55,000 until April 15th, then will list with broker at higher price.
