This boat is for sale in St. Augustine. The owner died and the estate listed the boat for $229k. Over the past few months the price has dropped and it is now at $99k. Here's the link. I've been on board jsut once, and it is a cool boat.

She is beautiful, and looks to be well maintained. Thing is, someone needs to buy her who likes to keep up with brightwork, or can afford to pay someone to do it. And why did they varnish the deck? looks pretty but kinda cancels the non skid quality of the teak, eh?
Bottom line, if she surveyed well, she'd be a great buy. Love that pirate ship vibe she has.
