1979 Pearson 323

For Sail 1979 Pearson 323 for $30k OBO

These 323’s were designed by Bill Shaw and built by Pearson Yachts in Portsmouth, Rhode Island. Mr. Shaw designed them for the younger generation or at least the young at heart with a spacious 10’2” beam and 6’2” headroom down below. He stated “To look fast is one thing. To go fast in comfort is quite another”.
Up “For Sail” is a 1979 32’3” Pearson sloop hull #203. She is ready to have a new owner(s) to love her as much as we have! My wife and I have lived/sailed on her for 10 years in beautiful downtown St. Petersburg and she is set up for you to easily move aboard today. The current slip will transfer to the new owner which is a bonus with downtown St Pete’s active life style and a plethora of events to attend throughout the year. The marina is convenient to everything a person could need or want.
This boat is very solid and does not leak!

Does that sink in the head slide back out of the way?

Orion Jim- Yes the head sink is on a hinge and it goes back into the cubby. I had it open so that you could see that it has a manual & electrical faucet as well as matching countertop to the rest of the boat.

Re: 1979 Pearson 323

Santiago- I currently pay $358 (St Pete Resident Rate) a month for the slip and 2 dock boxes after tax. However the current rates at the marina are $387 Non Resident and $309 Resident and I believe the dock boxes are $8 each a month plus tax. I should also mention that there is last I heard a 3-5 year waiting list to get in our marina. The other nice perk is that they give residents a discount on fuel....Hope that helped

Re: 1979 Pearson 323

Is your specific slip transferable to new owner of sailboat? What is the size of the slip? Slip contract length of time?

Re: 1979 Pearson 323

Santiago- The slip that she is in is transferable to the new owner and once you are in you can transfer to another slip as long as it's available. The slip is a "C" slip which is 29'-34' slip. There is no contracted amount of time to my knowledge. I have attached the link to our marina if you want to look around. Hope this helps
