Sorry this took so long to post. I just fixed it this past weekend.
Also, one of the female screw threads did not make it. I'm can't blame the smart plug on this one. I think I may have gotten slightly aggressive tightening plastic.
Now that I think about it, I remember mentioning to my wife when I installed it about the great warranty on the plug. She said, "Do you really think they will cover it once they know YOU installed it?" She is right to the point that I am not an electrician. However, you stepped in and stepped up and took care of the problem no questions asked. That is excellent service
. The only thing that could make this go from a good experience to a excellent experience in my mind is for you to call my wife and tell her she was wrong!
