What Hydrometer Do You Use ?

Well, the title says it all! I currently use this hydrometer:



I've found it kinda fickle- air bubbles on the float skew readings, and you have to hold it perfectly plumb to get a good reading. Also, it is difficult to read +/- 0.005 or more. I was looking at getting this one:

Brady 10" Precision Battery Hydrometer

But don't like the fact that it is glass. Any recommendations out there? Or is the one I'm using good enough?
