solar charge controller for 930W

I have 7 independent charge controllers for 10 solar panels and would like to consolidate all into one controller
The outback looks like the it should do the trick
Any advice or comments on this subject would be appreciated

Re: solar charge controller for 930W

Welcome to the forum
Lots of boats would love to have your problem

It is worth considering that consolidating to a single controller may give worse results depending on the quality of the controllers yo have at the moment.

For this size of array the best choices are the Outback FM 80 and the Midnite.

The Midnite is very similar to the Outback, but is newer, and has some good features like user updatable software. The Drawback is that without an history it is unclear if the Midnite will prove to be as reliable and durable as the Outback. Time will tell.
