Morningstar mppt 60 and Superwind charge controller dillema?

560 watts of solar into a Morningstar MPPT 60. Superwind 350 wind gen into their supplied controller.

Batteries are 6 Trojan T103s.

Superwind set their controller to the Trojan specified absorption rate of 14.8v.

MPPT 60 doesnt offer a profile with 14.8. Closest they have is 14.7 with a 13.5 float.

Can I expect decreased charge rate without them being matched?

The Morningstar MPPT 60 can be configured with custom program via ethernet cable. Then you can set the voltage you like. But i think that should work fine as it is really.
