Matching Batteries in a Bank

I"ll be installing a new bank of batteries in the spring and have started thinking about how to do this. I'll be buying either 6 T-105s or 6 T-145s. I have read over the wonderful information on Battery monitors and am planning on running a capacity test on the batteries before getting fully going.

1. Should I run the capacity test on each battery alone and then best match each pair?

If I run it on each pair I'll need to use an external power supply (2x in parallel) to recharge them.. but that should be ok.
If I run them as 12Vs - I would probably do it in pairs as I only have a 10A charger. (we very very rarely have shore power and use solar mainly).

Thoughts / Comments?

You could, but same model same mfg date should match anyway.

Benchmark capacity and follow commissioning protocol on one pair at a time.

Any significantly lower batt, return for exchange, keep your graphs, notes, photos whatever.
