Is it what yours drawing show as IGN W/LAMP ??? If so, with the alternator not running and the IGN switch closed, this lamp must illuminate. If not check the lamp globe for continuity, check the IGN switch for continuity, check the wiring to the switch for continuity, check the wiring to and from the lamp for continuity.
