400: Lagoon 400 Anyone Own / Charter?

There is a relatively new L400 in Southern California that we are chartering memorial day weekend. Just looking for anyone that's spent appreciable time on one for some hints. The last two summers we've chartered the L380 and the cooktops were gutless and it took forever to cook anything. How are the stove/ovens on the L400? They look similar in the photos.

It looks like there is a genny where the L380 had an extra cooler, so we'll have to bring extra cold storage. But the charter company is telling me the genny is out of service, any idea if the microwave can run off the inverters/engines? Yes, I'm going to ask the charter company, but my experience is that info from them has about 50% chance of being right, so not to count on it.

Anything else that's appreciably different from the L380? The water meters on L380 were useless, any better on the L400?

Any tricks on sail trim?
