Crew Wanted: Turks & Caicos to BVI

Still looking for 1 more crew for passage to BVI. Hope to leave in approx. 2 weeks. The boat is a Lagoon 420. Private head and shower with stateroom. Will pick up all expensed except for trans. Passage time is approx. 5 days.

I have experience with monohulls (40' Jeanneau Sun-Odyssey) on Chesapeake Bay and Lake Michigan. I am interested in this trip because I am considering a 40-44' Catamaran, so I wanted to experience a few.

I may be interested. Have sailed BVI 3 times and West Indies once. Bareboat chartered monohulls and cats up to 45'. I'm new, what's best way to communicate back and forth
