Crew Wanted: Cruising Pacific Northwest in winter

Looking for crew with or without sailing experience, for winter sailing amongst the gulf islands of British Columbia.
Off grid, fishing, and foraging. I would like to learn diving, and willing to pay for diving instruction. Otherwise, the crew is unpaid and fending. Please reply with a bit about your skills. Room for a kayak if you bring one. Stay on the boat for as little or as long as you wish.
Amicable crew would be invited to make passages southwest in spring 2013. Still debating routes, but the destination is Asia.

While no sailing experience is necessary (great if you have it), i would also greatly appreciate crew with experience growing food, diving, fishing or foraging and ecology.
