Please check your PM for message about the mermaid I bought from you! I also sent a text to you with no reply, about the same issue. The garden hose was used to show AC working, the pump and spare pump were no good. A reply would be great .

John, I had both pumps working in front of you. You saw they were fully operational.

As I mentioned in the PM, a number of factors beyond my control are possible to ruin the pumps such as running the pumps dry (burns them out quickly) or improper electrical installation. These pumps do not self prime, I made sure to mention to you.

I disagree...... Garden hose was used to show AC worked! Pumps were NOT used to show working.. We had dinner to stall as pumps were not on hand.. You offered to mail them ... Understand why! You went for pumps and mermaid and extra trash was loaded. Our AC person claimed pumps to be trash and replacement was needed. Not sure if came from your boat or was a story. You sell lots of stuff... Anyway, your reply was NOT the reply we expected.... Lesson learned! And other listing MINT CONDITION working pump and cheaper....

Btw, we sold about 7 items this year on the CF from our boat refit, all working items, never a complaint or issue.. Hardly worth calling "you sell lots of stuff".

And as far as the "trash loaded", it was packing material for your car's trunk in which the unit and delicate electrical components (such as the control panel) were loaded for the trip back home - I asked you if you wanted some protection and you agreed.
