WE OFFER OUR:
2 bed 2 bath luxury beautifully furnished apartment on upper west side at approximately 95th/Broadway. 2100 sq ft. Second floor apartment in elevator building with express subway stop at 96th., convenient buses cross st., and downtown. Large sunny living/dinning room, master with sleep by number bed & en-suite master bathroom with large shower. Second bed has american leather sofa that makes into a comfortable temperpedic mattress queen bed. second bath with bath tub/shower is not en-suite. Large eat in kitchen with breakfast bar, viking stove, subzero, dishwasher, washer/dryer combination. Stereo, internet, large screen flat tv,s and local land line. IMPECCABLY CLEAN APARTMENT IN A NON SMOKING BUILDING. We are two short blocks from Riverside park/Hudson river and three longer blocks from Central Park. This is our second home and by NYC standards is large!
WE LOOK FOR:
A swap for 1 or two weeks plus or minus for same period in any moorings location with program owners. SWAP with your additional weeks in July or August, any location considered. We are flexible early July to mid August, spouse is a tenured professor I am a retired entrepreneur. Will provide sailing resume and can also provide references if required. We have rented from mooring many times in various locations, my husband is a top class sailor with extensive resume/log of sailing. Have rented both Cats & single hull. For years while living in Houston (tricky shallow sailing), we owned several different boats, out last was a 42 foot Beneteau. We also have a magnificent enormous Mansion in the Central West End of Saint Louis - but doesn't everyone want Manhattan!
