Thanks, If we did not live two hours away from her she would not have gone up for sale. My wife and I had a blast cruising her down to Mexico. I know that a cruise ready 38 foot sail boat for under $40k is hard to come by and we may vary well regret letting her go. We received a lot of good info form this forum that helped us compiled our cruise. Thank you for your help, info and ideas. Scott
