looking to trade CQR 45 for smaller anchor

I have this anchor and would like to trade down with someone along the ICW. I'm leaving Norfolk heading south in about a week. The further north the trade happens the better because the arm on the 45 overhangs my locker door by 4".

I'm confused. I expected people to be all over this, but haven't had one bite. Is this an undesirable anchor?

I have a 35# CQR knock off I am going to get rid of. It appears that after looking at 2nd hand stores and craigslist, you are going to get very little money for them. I am looking for a larger, but am on the W Pac coast.

Too bad on your locale, that is the size range I'm looking for.

To all others, it is still available and I'll be in the Oriental area in a few days. Don't everyone jump on it at once!

BTW it is for sale or trade.

I'd trade you in a new york minute. My 35 for your 45 but I'm on the west coast of Florida near Tampa/St. Pete.

At my present rate of travel, Florida is a long time away but I'll PM you if I still have it when I get down there.

Hello, I have a 35 pound CQR anchor that I would like to trade. I'm in New Jersey now but may be able to have the anchor in Mertle Beach or Bucksport S.C. when you are passing through (I have a brother there). Let me know were you are and perhaps we can work something out. Regards, Bill

Worse comes to worse. Stop in at St. Augustine, Florida and visit Sailors Exchange. Their on the web. I just traded a 25lb Danforth for a 44lb Delta.
