Here is an update . . .

The boat has been "almost sold" three times now!

Several people who have come to see the boat in person made strong offers and we "shook hands on a deal" only to find the financing market tighter than expected.

I have three buyers all waiting to either sell something else, or allow time for their lending ratios to change ever so slightly, and they will buy.

In the meantime, the boat shows perfectly and IS STILL FOR SALE and is everything I claim it to be and more.

There has not been a buyer with the cash or lending ratios needed as of yet (except one guy who is allgedly afraid to wire cash from overseas).

Anyway, it has been interesting.

Now I am fascinated as to who will wind up with the boat. The good news is that, to a person, all lookers have been totally impressed with the boat and have truly appreciated the outfitting and condition that is honestly in a class by itslelf.

So . . . if you are in the market for one of the nicest, best-equipped ocean-ready Lagoon 380's in the world, let me know! She's ready if you are!
