What kind of head do you have on your boat?

hello, thanks for your interest. The head is a Thetford from West Marine. As you can see in the picture in the picassa album, there is a 9 gallon holding tank directly below the bowl, with a flush valve built into the bowl. There is a dedicated fresh water supply tank for priming the bowl prior to each use. The tank can be emptied either by using the deck pump out fitting, or for when you are offshore there is a new Jabsco mascerator pump to a through hull with a new ball valve installed. it is very simple and effective.
