For Sale or Trade: 1974 Hood 50

Currently I am two boat owner and want to sell or trade a fully rebuilt Hood 50 center cockpit ketch. Boat is ready for ocean sailing, handles like a dream with 2 people. Complete with new electronics, great sails, new fully enclosed dodgers, etc.etc. Only item that I would add would be a watermaker
Would be interested in trading for real estate in US or Caribbean. Also would entertain taking a smaller racing boat as a partial trade plus cash.
Value of boat is $260k however I am willing to drop price by $100k!
