General Info: Fountaine Pajot - veneer color & supplier

I am planning to install the additional panel (to cover the side of the installed fridge). The panel itself will be done from marine ply, but need to cover with that self-adhesive veneer in the same color as the rest of the galley:



Where do I get it from?

Why, just buy maple faced plywood and spray it with clear satin polyurethane with just a tint of yellow.

Thanks. This is the advice I was looking for.
You see that stupid window above the white drawer on Salina?
Place a coffee-maker (I don't drink coffee) and the microwave - total waste of space.
I plan to install full-size fridge and freezer, from the bottom to the top (I do not have the freezer option).
