(X)Ubuntu 13.04 and BU-353

Dear All,

I've finally upgraded my navpc to Ubuntu 13.04, opencpn is 3.2.2, and I can't get any GPS on it. cat /dev/ttyUSB0 gives me permission denied, and, using sudo, I get nothing. I tried this with my bu-353 and a backup unit.

Any ideas?

Thanks for your time!

Phil...
Make sure you are member of dialout group. Are you using gpsd? You should. And xgps should tell you for sure if it works fine.
