Which chart am I viewing?

I have a huge collection of electronic charts but they are named in a fairly cryptic manner so I do not know which chart I am viewing in OpenCPN. Knowing the file names of the charts I am viewing in OpenCPN will help me organize them.

When in CPN is there a way to show the file name of the chart(s) you are viewing?

Hi Shane..

Doing a mouse click on the loaded chart indicators at the bottom of the OCPN screen will open one miniature version of the map as well as a small window showing all the map details including location and name. In the OCPN Options window you can also select an option to ´Show all Chart outlines´ which is handy when zoomed out, showing where you have loaded charts available.

On my machines (XP & W7) with all versions of OpenCPN I just hover the cursor over the chart indicator at the bottom to get the chart information.
