RIS ECD charts NL

I have downloaded the inland waters charts for the Netherlands from iENC | RIS portal Nederland totaal.zip Some charts like the IJssel and Haringvliet are not presented well in OpenCPN. There seem to be something wrong with the backgroud colors. Somebody has an idee?
