Problem with GE2KAP

When I try to use GE2KAP I get the following error:

PGMNAME program error!
ERROR: SYNTAX occured at line 9290
Content of line:
comm._geobj=
.OleObject(tilda)New('jGoogleEarth,ApplicationGE', "WITHEVENTS"1)
ERROREXT:Execution error

I am using OpenCPN 4.0, GE 7.1 and GE2KAP 18.0

The error occurs as GE2KAP is loading GE. I recently changed to Windows 10 since the last time I used GE2KAP. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing all the above programs and oorex as well, file extensions are turned on.

Any ideas?
