Problem building OpenCPN

I seem to have a problem building (installing?) the latest OpenCPN.
Has always worked before.
No obvious errors, but I do not end up with the latest version (4.4)

After git pull, make, sudo make install, I still have 4.2.1.

Tried deleting my local source and re cloning, then build again, but same results.

My system:
Ubuntu 14.04
Nvidia Jetson TK1 (ARM)

The version number in master was not updated yet. 4.4.0 release was built from the v4.4.0 branch.
