OpenCPN Version 2.6.1609 Build 2012-04-09 built on Ubuntu 12.04 seg fault

Hi,

I've compiled opencpn, from github, and when I attempt to view "Mark/WP Properties" I consistently get:

Segmentation fault (core dumped)


In the absence of a developer IRC channel or email list it seems this is the best place to seek support.

Any suggestions how to uncover this problem?

Also, as there's no tags configured in the git repo, how would one go about building a specific release? Do I just roll back to a commit?
