No Repositories for Ubunto download

I have tried all the PPA's , on the download page,and all return a failure message of one kind or another. No files, no release files, repository empty, repository points to another location, missing files, cannot be trusted, won't download, etc.

I had 4.0 on my Mint install, but changed backed to Xubuntu, and now I can't download OpenCPN.

Open a Terminal and enter the following commands:
First:
Code:
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade
afterwards:
Code:
sudo apt-get install software-properties-common sudo add-apt-repository ppa:opencpn/opencpn sudo apt-get update sudo apt-get install opencpn
And opencpn will be installed.

Error message cut and paste

Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Package opencpn is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source

E: Package 'opencpn' has no installation candidate
