No Charts or Outlines on Install

How can I unzip these noaa chart files without having to buy an unzip program.

I figured out how to unzip my files and direct OpenCPN to my unzipped charts. Problem now is that I am only viewing one chart at a time and I don't get to choose which chart that is. There are no menu buttons or icons to view or choose my charts. I have checked the "show chart outlines" box in the options>setting box. I know I am not suppose to change the options>charts> path every time I want to view a different chart. How can I view my chart outlines and select one to view?

If you zoom out to see a larger area, then left click on the bit you are interested in, the bit you clicked will be centred on the screen, can then zoom in or use the Load Larger Scale chart buuton, and that should bring up the chart your interested in.

Thank you, I got it working and found my outlines fine. For some weird reason I couldn't get it to zoom out farther than one chart size. But all is fine now.
thanks again. I'm finding the NOAA charts show more data than the Garmin Blue Charts I have from five years ago. May be a time thing, but who knows.
