BUNDLE_GSHHS=FULL broken

Hi,

I just tried building with this, but the install fails because the low and intermediate versions are missing:

• The git repo only contains the "crude" version
• I downloaded GshhsHiRes.zip as indicated here, but that only contains the "full" and "high" versions

So where do I find the "low" and "intermediate" files?


For now, I simply commented out all references to these files and that seems to work (see attached patch which is gzipped but named .txt due to upload restrictions), but this is obviously a hack.

The correct location to download all the background chart data is Download opencpnplugins from SourceForge.net (As mentioned in http://opencpn.org/ocpn/Modularized_Packaging)
