One of the hardest things I have to overcome.......other than that once a year screwing I get fom a vary rare customer........I have now learned that when I get a call from way down the Bay,,,,it is most likely somebody who has burned their bridge with most other mechanics...that why I check around with others to see if they have dealt with them before......can be a real interesting call
