Looking for a Sailing Job

Hi there,
I'm new to this site but it seems like there are a lot of you that have a wealth of knowledge and experience. I have been sailing for a few years now and have decided to make my career at sea. I am working as a mate on a large private yacht and it just isn't what I was hoping for. It pays the bills and allows me to gather some sea time, but it isn't the sailing life that I was looking for.
I was wondering if any of you knew where I'd be able to find a job captaining a sailboat. I have my Yachtmaster 200tn sailing endorsed license and have sailed for years. I would like to start chartering, but not really sure where to start. If anyone has any ideas that can lead me into a sailing job I would be a happy sailor.
