Which Electronics Equipment can be substituted by a Laptop?

On Lagoon 380,

I have the following options:

AIS 650 RAYMARINE TRANSCEIVER WITH ANTENNA COUPLING
AUTOPILOT REMOTE SMARTCONTRO
E95W DISPLAY AT HELM STATION
E125W DISPLAY AT NAV. STATION
RADAR HD DIGITAL RAYMARINE 18" 48 NM 4 Kw
RAYMARINE SEATALK / USB PC LINK
VHF RAYMARINE 55 E WITH DSC
2nd HANDSET AT HELM STATION FOR VHF RAYMARINE 55 E

Which one of these can be skipped and replaced with a laptop with a 19" screen?

I would prefer a large screen over the smaller ones on these nav stations.

I was wondering if anyone else have done a similiar setup. I am open to suggestions. Computers/networks are my expertise area, but unfortunately zero experience with marine equipment.
