Raymarine St6001 Fuse blowing

I had a survey done on an 1995 Island Packet 37 a few weeks ago. We could not activate the Navdata or Autopilot instruments. Yesterday i ran the engine for a few hours and all of the other instruments went on except the same two. Today we got the mast on and i connected the wind vane wiring and when i went to start the motor and turn the electronic on i realized i heard something pop. I popped off the cover tot he control head of the Raymarine Smart Pilot and relized i blew a 15Amp fuse. I replaced it but same thing it popped as soon as power was given to it. I removed everything connected to the control head and the only wires left going into it was the power for it. it was still blowing the fuse and now none of my instruments will go on obviously. It was too late to cal Raymarine today to get any answers.

Anyone have any ideas as to what is happening? Out of no where this just happened.
