Predictwind - Any User Experiences

I am considering buying one of these units for weather and email. Does anyone have any experience/comments about them?
Thanks

This guy is using it on his 25000 mile sail around the America's. Seems to work for him... you might want to read through his blog.

I have read his blog. That's what first brought this device to my attention. I have not heard of anyone else using it so that's my I am looking to hear from other users.

Sounds like an affordable package. You can go 'free' with SSB and GRIB files but this has some nice services tacked on.

We just sat through a number of seminars at the Strictly Sail Chicago show. One was on storm and weather planning. The presenter preferred Irridium as the best option for receiving the best range of weather data. I think he had sponsers.
