Looking for Eurostyle Terminal block/strip

I need to splice an 18 wire radar cable.
I need to be able to remove/re-install the wires from one side of terminal block in spring & fall each year for mast removal.
I have spent hrs Googling,etc.
Found many dual row 12pin Euro strips, but all are cheap plated steel screws & do not have wire protection pads under screw tips.
two strips of 12 positions would be fine.

Any suggestions.

That's a lot of wires!

Assuming that you are making this splice block location below decks, you might try a Molex connector. Even so, I would locate the connections in a handy box or waterproof container.

Leave a couple extra inches at each end so that you will be able to re-make the connections down the road, if needed.

Molex makes a variety of connectors, including different application duties, so you should find something acceptable.

A few sites to check...

Digikey.com
Mouser.com

If you remove the mast every year, I would consider a good quality connector rather than a terminal strip.
