Furuno Radar and GPS Antennae Compatibility
I have a FURUNO Marine Radar Model 1623. The manual specifies a GP-310 or 320B antennae. These are not easy to find any more.

Do other models, or other manufacturers models work as a replacement for these two specified GPS antennae?

I have Furuno 1715 (1623's bigger brother). It will work with any NMEA 0183 GPS. You don't need a Furuno GPS.
