Furuno NavNet echo return problem

When I turn my radar on and after the antenna start rotating the echo display concentrates on the center of the screen. I check range from 3 miles to 24 but the echo return shows everything very small. In the marina we have a mountain less than 2 miles south and it cover all the coast. So this is a major reference. Appreciate your help

Do you have the gain, rain and seaclutter all set to Automatic?
