You'll need to be much more specific with your question because the obvious answer is you go to www.activecaptain.com using safari & log in.

Good question. The Garmin BlueChart iOS app was a great way to use ActiveCaptain. Unfortunately, Garmin discontinued the app right after they took over ActiveCaptain. The SEAiq chartplotter app has offline ActiveCaptain integration, but I don’t love the app. ActiveCaptain.com is clunky at best on iOS and doesn’t work without internet access.

Currently in my opinion the best way to get active captain on your iPad is to buy $14.99 Aqua Map app. That's how I finally did it and the plus was you get the charts and a low end nav ap at the same time (works well and worth the price)

The generic answer is to get a iPad nav app that integrates AC data for offline use.

Easiest if your iPad is one of the cellular-capable models, since that also includes onboard GPS. (No need to actually get a cellular plan.). Otherwise, external GPS pucks are available.

Can't advise ref which nav app might float your boat, but others here will be able to do so.

I know Plan2Nav (C-Map vector charts) and MX Mariner (NOAA raster charts) both integrate AC data, neither terribly expensive... but I don't know if there are iThing versions of those.
