GSM and WiFi boosters

Hi everyone,
A happy New Year to everyone.
I'll be cruising for 5 months in the Med from April 2018.
I need daily bandwidth to stay in touc with business.
Is there a consensus out there on the best equipment to buy that'll provide the best chance to boost WiFi while around hotspots ?

Is there a consensus on the best equipment to boost 3g or 4g or LTE GSM singles..to a mobile phone working as a hotspot?

Any other input on possible solutions to ensure reliable bandwidth is very welcome.

Not quite sure of your needs, but I'm doing something similar, and among other solutions, found and bought this little thingy.... basically a little pocket wifi hotspot that doesnt need sims, just have an account with the company, and it automatically connects to the phone systems in 100+ countries around the world for 8 bucks a day, and gives you up to 5 devices connected at a time (plus functions as a battery pack for phones). Only one part of the communication solution, but a nifty one!
