Owner Partnership
I'm looking for information and ideas regarding the use of an owner partnership to distribute the expense of the sailboat ownership and maintenance.

I have found a few individuals that are entertaining the use of an LLC to distribute the expenses and use of the boat. I would expect this arrangement full of potential issues;but likewise, it could offer benefits. Off hand, an agreement of entering, exiting, and daily management, and a forced exit, and maintenance.

Does anyone know of an partnership arrangement that as had success. Maybe we could count the Moorings and Sunsail leases a partnership.

Anyone know of one working and the reason for its success
